Your use of posture and detail masterfully illustrates juxtaposition of gender roles - a bold, dark, and enormous dominant figure in sweeping motion (a walking phallus, really) and the timid, small, in-drawn and still submissive figure whose pose brings his itty-bitty baby steps to life. He looks like he's approaching his mother to say that he wet the bed. His expression is priceless.
The side-by-side position of their shoes - her fucking enormous boots and those little clogs of his - wonderful choice.
